New Resource: Foundation Directory Online

Who funds the kind of work you want to do?  The UW Libraries have a new subscription to Foundation Directory Online for exploring funding organizations, their funding priorities, and the grants they’ve given in the past.  Most of the funders included in the database are U.S. foundations, but other organizations such as U.S. federal agencies are also included.

As explained on the Foundation Directory research guide, UW faculty and staff should coordinate with their local advancement unit before contacting any funders.
